While NMI leaders respect the past and honor the present, we also envision the future. Vision is the God-given faith-ability to see something with clarity before it becomes reality and to seize that opportunity with holy integrity. We see bold hope and bright future for NMI.
 
Many local and district mission leaders and teams globally report and resist multiple stressful demands. In response, we are initiating Simply Mission. Some of our dreams for the next few years include:
 
     1. More Kingdom passion and prayer, less program pressure
     2. More concentration on core objectives, less complex operations
     3. More integrated relationships and partnerships, less isolation  
     4. More strategic giving, less frequent offerings
     5. More online communication, less print and postage
     6. More relational evangelism, less statistical strain
     7. More intentional disciple making, less inattentive instruction
     8. More compassion for deep needs, less surface structure
     9. More local leadership development, less central management
     10. More Christlike collaboration, less command and control
